Role Overview:

As the Curriculum - Teaching & Learning, you will drive our student engagement activities, ensuring our people feel connected, motivated, and aligned with the company’s mission and values. You will play a key role in shaping the employee experience by creating and delivering initiatives that enhance morale, boost productivity, and foster a strong sense of belonging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies that drive a positive workplace culture and high levels of employee satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with leadership and HR to ensure engagement activities align with business goals.
  • Plan and execute company-wide events, initiatives, and programmes to celebrate employee achievements and milestones.
  • Conduct regular employee feedback surveys, analyse results, and recommend improvements.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (EDI) programmes and initiatives.
  • Partner with managers to create team-building activities and development opportunities.
  • Monitor and measure employee engagement levels, tracking the effectiveness of initiatives through metrics and KPIs.
  • Provide support and guidance on employee well-being programmes, recognition platforms, and career development plans.
  • Lead internal communications efforts to ensure transparent, consistent, and engaging messaging across the organisation.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong track record in employee engagement, internal communications, or HR.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and implement successful engagement programmes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire.
  • Passion for fostering a positive work environment and supporting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments is a plus.
